Movement Dysfunctions
At The Sefton Suite our physiotherapy department is experienced in all forms of musculoskeletal problems and amongst them is movement dysfunction.
With common movement dysfunction disorders leading to problems such as flat feet, loss of control over joints, poor posture and back pain amongst others the entire human body is affected.
The study of the patient's movement will be thorough and although the poor movement may occur in one area it is extremely easy for this pain to be referred to one or many other areas.
The consultants at The Sefton Suite have extensive experience in this area and will discuss with each patient their individual case after initial examination to create an action plan that will address the symptoms.
Movement dysfunction is mostly found in the following areas:
- foot and ankle
- hip and knee
- shoulder and elbow
- pelvic area
- neck
